New floor plan North Point 373BHOK

Saw this video today. Looks like a pretty sweet set up. I like the half bath but don’t like the lack of a sofa or pull out bed in the living room.

I agree. You lose sleeping space without the sofa.

Its different. A few things I like, but.... I'm gonna stick with my 375 that they quit making for some reason.

Thanks for the video

But...of the new floorplans for 2021, I'd be much more interested in the 382 front living floorplan. This 373 seems like it is trying to be a hybrid and trying to do too many things - and not doing them well enough. Just my opinion.

We are still loving our 375 also, and if your kids are older than 3-5 years old, you definitely need more bunkhouse space than this 373 seems to offer. That loft would be used for storage in my world, but I do like the "staircase" just for the novelty of it.

The only "kids" who come along with us these days are 17-year-olds, so the 373 is definitely not for us. Interesting how the guy in the video marketed that space as office space.

Always nice to see video of new floorplans, though!

Wife watched the video...she said "she shed"...she could easily set up her sewing area in the back slide. She would be sharing it with the Litter Robot though. The issue I see is when friends/family come to visit. There is no where for them to sit if raining outside.

DW and I saw that video too a few days ago. Very nice rig, like the lighter colors, but we still love our 377. We subscribe to his channel and always like to see the new trucks and gadgets that are out there use days.
