New Furrion DV1220 Volume Issue Fixed

As a reminder, both my radios in my 2019 North Point 377 had a volume issue where pressing the volume button on the remote (not holding but one press and let go) in either the up or down mode would allow the volume on the radio change all the way until the stop. This means blasting the speakers out on the up side, or shutting the sound off on the down side.

When I discovered the problem, I contacted Furrion and worked with them to confirm it is not the desired operation and that the radios were faulty. Unfortunately, I had to go to the dealer for warrantied replacements.

My dealer ordered two new radios which I picked up and installed today. Alas, I had the same problem.

I contacted Furrion again, but this time, I was told (by the same person as last time) that a firmware update was available to fix the issue. They emailed me the instructions and the update which I performed (took 15 seconds). This fixed the issue on both brand new radios. I am packing up my old radios so my dealer can send them back.

If you having this issue, I can provide the information Furrion gave me or you can contact Furrion to get it from them.

Also, i couldn't remember if it was your post about adjusting the sleeper sofas in your 19 377 or someone elses? The sofa in our 19 377 bunk room is hard to sleep on because its not level. If it was your post how did your dealer fix it?

Both pull-out were horrible. My dealer adjusted them when they swapped out the TV. Haven’t slept in them but visually they look better.

Message me your email and I’ll send you the info.

Incidentally, I messaged both Furrion (left voicemail) and you last week. You responded within a couple hours and still waiting for Furrion to return my call! Thank you for the firmware update and look forward to your continued support

I'm having the same issue on my recently purchased 2018 Pinnacle 36FPTS. If you would be so kind as to send information on the fix it would be much appreciated.

My Furrion radio is having problems too. Last month, I tried to play my Ipod thru the Aux plug in. It took a while pushing buttons and turning the radio on and off but it eventually worked. This weekend I only ried the radio. It appeared to get a signal but would not produce any sound. I put it on our Warranty correction list when we take the trailer in for winterizing later in the month.

Would the firmware update help this issue too?

The firmware update was only for the volume issue, not anything else (including the beeping issue). In need email addresses so I can forward the email from Furrion.

Prm99v6,

Thank you for this information! I'm new to this forum and just ran into this concern on our first trip out. I would appreciate the information you have on how to correct this issue

Hi everyone. Sorry, I have not been checking this thread. I can't post the actual files to the thread. That is why I asked everyone to PM me their email address. If you want to put your email address directly (spell it out like Ladd) in this post you can do that as well.

Thanks
