New Generator Install!

Just purchased a new Pinnacle 36kpts and was wondering, are you guys with the same do you have a very very slow kitchen sink drain in the pedestal? And secondly, I want to have installed a Onan 5500LP generator but I can't seem to get the dealer motivated. It seems once the deal closed can't get their attention for nothing. I'm worried about some other less professional install from some dealers. My dealer in SC is a very large dealership country wide but can't get a firm price. Would going to the service manager be a mistake? I have never seen such poor customer service. I'm not happy at all.

A Cummins/Onan dealer would install as well.
