Welcome to the forum.

Jayco will change things during production, like the TV. What did the dealer say when told the dealer about those things during your PDI?

What is an "autumn"?

I was told they would be installed before delivery. That they remove them to prevent theft.

We ordered a 2020. It was at the dealer for about 3 weeks before we picked it up. They should have had it locked except for prep by service department. Only thing missing was the quick connect water hose for outside. Our sales rep pulled one out of another unit for us. I think the longer these units sit on the lot, the more things can go missing. Dealer should make it right for you.

You're better off without the Furrion TV. They are very poor quality and service. It took many emails and me threatening to email Furrion emails daily with videos of the junk TV before they would replace it. I had to step in cause they wouldn't work with the dealer on it. After that they authorized the dealer to buy a replacement at Best Buy. My bedroom TV is just as bad but we don't use it. If we did, I'd buy a replacement.

Do you have the central vac cleaning tools/attachments or are you missing those too?

If the dealer doesn't step up, notify Jayco.

it is truly amazing how much they scavenger these units when they are sitting on the lot. it’s ridiculous. I see it all the time when looking.

Yep, cause buyers are impatient. Picking their unit up and this is broke or missing and not in stock. You be surprised how many people will pitch a fit over coming back. So they rob it from other units to get the person on their way with minimal fit pitching.
But the ottoman and central vac items could of been shorted by the manufacturer.

The TV might of been a product change on the line.

The PDI Dept. should have found those things missing & ordered them ASAP. Did you look under the bed and in drawers/closet for the missing vacuum items? I believe ours was hiding in the closet behind the chairs. Not that it matters because DW hated it & we purchased a Shark Rocket.

I pitched a fit. My dealer poached an oven door from another unit.

Additionally, you are entitled to the dealer completed prep sheet. You did pay for dealer prep. The dealer has to report back to Jayco of work preformed by your dealer of defects and what was needed to be accomplished prior to you conducting your Post delivery inspection (PDI) and taking custody of your RV.

Did you receive "The package"?
Including extra battery cables for connecting another 12v battery? In-house water filter wrench? Winterizing hose, blackwater hose for flushing.

If not I would contact Jayco warrant department and let them know about the dealership.

Definitely press the dealer AND Jayco. Our vacuum kit was under the bed. I had very low expectations of the central vacuum system and just assumed that we would be getting a Dyson stick. But dang; that system actually works well, and with 4 dogs and 4 cats, we get to use it a lot! And with the vacuum outlet in the basement, the hose will reach the truck floor if we park it right. My favorite is the little toe-operated "mail slot" inlet at the bottom of the stair. Makes clean-up a snap! Good luck getting your stuff.

I read a lot of stories about missing items and a lot more asking about how to work this and that on their new RV's. We purchased our White Hawk 24RDB new in 2016 from Clear Creak RV in Silverdale WA, Our sales man told us Clear Creak RV would call when the trailer would be ready for pickup and we could make an Appointment that worked for us and delivery would take 2 1/2 hours. On delivery day we gave the keys to our tow van to the service department so that they could adjust our existing tow setup for the new trailer. We were then greeted by a orientation specialist and spent a very pleasant 2 1/2 as she explained ever single item in our new trailer. We are seasoned campers and this is our 4th trailer. When we moved into the in side workings she told us in her pre inspection of our new trailer she found a small ding in the micro wave trim kit and told us a replacement was on order and service would call us for a time that works for us to come to our place and install the new trim kit. We are into our 4th year of all season camping and have not had any issues with anything Jayco. Clear Creak RV is a dealer for many brands and I think the #1 target is customer service. Perhaps shopping dealers is as important as shopping product.

100% on the money. My experiences were the same as yours and that is why I used the same dealer for over 38 years. He also reciprocated by giving me great pricing.

So true...
We tried to complete our PDI at CW and they closed up shop before it was finished... We came back the next day and found our Water Heater cover was missing. Yes, they took the water heater cover off of our Seneca while it was in PDI bay and sold it to a customer in the CW retail store.
