new member - faded paint question

Hi all, does Jayco cover the faded paint on cap problem (known issue) on a 3 year old (2013) pinnacle 36reqs ? - thanks

If you are the original owner they might help out with a re-paint. If you aren't the OE I doubt they would do anything. I'd suggest contacting Jayco with the question.

one solution that's really easy is liquid floor wax, research it

Welcome to the forum.

You could certainly call Jayco and see what they say. They have surprised us from time-to-time by covering things we thought would not be covered. Have your vin# handy.

It does not work, I just tried it today. Jayco would not cover my 1 year old unit because "I was the second owner". I'm debating repaint the area or another coating of clear coat. As this is such and issue I'll post before & after pictures when I decide.

I'm sorry it didn't work for you, I removed the auto wax from my 89 with simple green and applied 4 or 5 coats of polyurethane wet look floor wax with a micro cloth mitt, it looked like new till I sold it 6 months later.

We used a product called poliglow on our old rig. It really brought the luster back to the fiberglass sections.
