I'm really looking forward to the new SMART system. Used to have a system similar on some of my semi trailers and it really makes the trailer more visible for turns and lane changes. Can hardly wait for our 377!!

I was told the wiring is there in my 2019. He lights weren’t ready yet. I’ll post the part number when I get it for anyone who is interested.

What's special about the wiring for them? I'd like to replace the lame lights on my fiver. A 1000$ utility trailer has better lighting than my Eagle. Haven't found any nice surface mount LED fixtures yet.

So lets talk about those reverse lights. My new Pinnacle (Finished build yesterday waiting for shipping) Has the smart system. So if I remember correctly the trailer harness from the truck does not have a reverse light hookup?

One of the pins in the wire hareness is for the reverse lights. It is the yellow wire. On my tt, at the end of the wire harness it has wire nut on it, and goes no where. I have considered adding my own reverse lights at the bumper.

The truck should. All trailer with the SMART package we’re supposed to have reverse lights. The new pinnacles have a clear bar above the license plate. These lights for the north Point were finished before the switch to 2019s. They recently finished and this was the first with them.

Here's your lamp from Command Electronics. The photo is quite bad, but this is what you're looking for.

Thanks very much. Yes, the photo is nothing like the actual product, but once you add it to your shopping cart, the photo appears to be correct. - Thanks very much.

I bought these and they give me plenty of back up light.
Nilight 60001f-b led pods18W 1260 LM Flood leds (2)
I don't know how to make the image smaller. I ran two small wires back to the lights from the tongue distribution box as I had no backup light in my tail lights. Mounted on back bumper pointing slightly out on each side.

I have one of these on my 2019 Jayco Jay Flight 28 RLS that I need to replace but I'm not exactly sure how to go about removing it. Does the lens come off to expose the mounting screws ?
Thanks,
Greg

Greg, I have sent an email to Command Electronics requesting assistance on the removal of their sealed LED taillights. I'll post an answer when I receive one back, then we'll BOTH know. I'm not sure if they're open on holidays, so it may be a day or two.

I have those on our 2019 NP 383FKWS. Work great, bright...but have not had to
depend on them backing up in the dark....yet...(fingers crossed)

I have determined that I have to remove 4 plugs from the tail light assembly to expose the mounting screws. They will most certainly be destroyed by the time I get them out. The good news is that the screw hole plugs are available on the command electronics website. I have sent an email to command electronics asking about a mounting gasket since I am not sure if that is included in the tail light assembly.
