TSB is out on many '16 models for ground control 3.0 issues involving improperly sized breakers and fuses. I'd start there. Maybe your unit was missed prior to delivery. I had similar issues with my Northpoint and since TSB no such issues.

TSB= technical service bulletin.

A TSB is a "Technical Service Bulletin". Jayco will send you a letter if a TSB applies to your rig.
You can also call customer service and give them your VIN and they will tell you if a TSB applies.
My North Point has had 2 so far.
