New to the forum

Hello all. My DW and I currently have SOB of TT and are looking at purchasing a 2020 Jayco Eagle 336FBOK. We love the floorplan.
We haven't been in one yet as the dealers here in Georgia are mostly only doing internet or phone sales and while I have no problem finalizing a deal that way, we need to climb into an actual unit to confirm it truly suits us. Does anyone here have any experience with this model, or even any advise about Jayco fifth wheels in general. Thanks, and it's good to be here.

Welcome to the forum.
Only problem with online sales is, you dont get to do a through PDI BEFORE paying out your money.
You really want to be able to do a very through Pre Delivery Inspection before putting the money out. That forces the dealer to take care of issues you find right away. If you read thru this forum, you will find many instances where getting the rig back in for repairs under warranty takes a long time.

If you search for PDI list there are several very good ones here on this forum.

I agree 100%, we were able today to make an appointment and go see the Eagle 336FBOK. We were actually able to make a deal right there in about five hours total time including PDI, and they are delivering it to our house Friday after fixing the few issues we found. They are also sending a tech to the house to install the slide toppers when they come in.

We have a 2020 FBOK. Very happy with the floorplan for the two of us and two dogs. We went with the queen size bed which provides more room to move around the sides of the bed. The large master bath is a big plus. We were able to find a model within an hours drive but ended up ordering online through RV One and drove 5 hours to Albany, NY to pick it up. It was a rushed PDI and of course we had a problem when we got it home. The main AC did not work but I was able to trouble shoot and fix myself (bad breaker). 5 trips later and no issues (probably just cursed myself). Good luck.

Lol, I hope not. We really do like the floorplan. I guess the bonus of having them deliver it is we get another PDI, so hopefully anything we missed the first time we will catch then.
