New “to us” North Point 377 RLBH

We just sold our 2013 Eagle 30.5 BHLT and purchased a 2018 NP. IT is the camper we dreamed about. We are completely naive about many of the new gadgets and gismos but we are excited to learn. Couple of questions:
1. We have the King Jack Antenna but it only seems to work on the LR tv. I can’t get the BR or outside TV to tune to anything.
2. https://camperreport.com/wp-content/...Water-Tank.jpg
I have turned the knobs according the diagram but no water in the tank.

You have it set on city water. You should have water at all faucets. If you are trying to fill your water holding tank, you need to set the valves to the “power fill” setting.

Behind the antenna power wall plate, that is in the cabinet above the tv...there should be a spitter that sends antenna to the other TVs. Maybe the previous owner unhooked it.
Or they used satellite, and your other TVs are connected to the sat coax line and not the antenna coax line.
Also make sure the button is pressed in the antenna power wall plate.

Here is the schematic
