Newbee & No Water Inside

We have a 2005 31' Designer. Last winter I drained the fresh water tank and water heater. This summer (and it's 100 degrees of summertime in Texas) we arrive at our first camp site, and I connect the water and discover that we only a small water stream at the bathroom sink and commode. The water pressure in the shower appears close to normal. There is no water at the kitchen sink on the cold side, and a trickle on the hot side. I have tried both the city water settings and on board tank settings. There is no water on ground that would indicate a leak. Any help/suggestions are appreciated.

Try removing and cleaning the bathroom sink filter on the end of the fawcet and see what you have.

Outstanding...you were spot on. After removing and cleaning the filter on the bathroom faucet, both hot and cold sides now have the normal pressure. Doing the same for the kitchen sink freed up the hot water side, but the cold side is still not flowing. There is likely another strainer/filter somewhere else?

There should be another strainer where the hose connects to the camper. It might have been somewhere with bad water and clogged up.

Use the winterizing bypass assembly at the pump to run a few gallons of vinegar through your system. Next season remember to drain all the water lines as well. as it looks like you have a calcium build up in them.

Check the cold water supply water under your kitchen sink for an in-line filter. They are about a foot long. If you put the pink anti-freeze through it, you will have to replace the filter. Any good RV store should have the replacement. Also earlier post mentioned calcium, that also stops them up. This seems to be your problem since the hot side is working as it is not filtered.

I have no idea on your commode. Maybe someone else does.

The water problems I was having have now been fixed, thanks to the information/suggestions I received on this site. The reason no water was coming from the cold side in the kitchen sink was small pieces of trash inside the faucet. Cleaned out, everything works fine. And a bonus! When I cleaned out the kitchen faucet and it was working properly, the water pressure returned to the commode. Thanks for your help.
