No a/c voltage
Just purchased a new pinnacle flsa 4 days ago everything worked fine during our demo at the dealer. Brought the unit home hooked it up to shore power and nothing, I have no power to the rv, I still have d/c voltage but no a/c voltage? I've checked the voltage at the NEMA 14-50 receptacle and I am getting 120 each leg and 240 across both of them am I missing something? Is there a switch from d/c to a/c? I've called the dealer numerous times and no one from service has called me back yet. Any help will be appreciated,Thanks in advanced.

The first thing to check is the breaker in your converter panel.

All of the breakers are in the on position and I tripped all of them and then reset them,also checked voltage again at the receptacle and it is showing good voltage

Then, it is either a trip back to the dealer....
OR
start tracing every inch of the power cord to the breaker panel. Find every connection and verify that it is intact. I see lots of flashlight and DVM time in your future....

Make sure the connections are tight in the breaker panel. Remove the front cover and they are right in front on the left.

You said you do not have a genset, but is it prewired for one? If it is then you will have a transfer switch and if so the relay contacts on it may not be making.

We have a tensest and the transfer switch has been the culprit twice in similar situations. You may have an ATS as part of a "generator prewire" package. Just a thought.

A/C = Air Conditioning

Where would I find the transfer switch? I was lucky enough to get in touch with the demo guy at the dealership and I asked him the whereabouts of a transfer switch that was over an hour ago and I still haven't found it yet, he had told me it was under the bed or in a cabinet?

Mine is located in the basement behind a panel. Looking in the front side main access door there is a big removal panel on the left side, mine is in there. Make sure you remove power from your unit before messing with it unless you are VERY familiar with how they work. One of the relays is probably going to hot. I would bet the relay just didn't get pick good. Let us know what you find.

Sounds like you have a meter, and checked the voltage at the outlet. Personally, I would start by flipping off the main a/c breaker in the Pinnacle, then cycle the breaker feeding your outlet. Then flip on the main breaker in Pinnacle. If that does not give you power. Your Pinnacle has a twist lock plug connecting the cord to the camper. Disconnect it and meter across the terminals to ensure your cable is good. The dealership might have used one of theirs during the PDI. If you have power there, then it might be a loose wire connection behind the main panel. Personally, I would recommend pulling the panel out, and checking the terminals for tightness, there have been may comments over the years about loose wires back there.
As for transfer switches, I am not familiar with them. You could contact Jayco directly with your vin number and ask for the electrical schematic, as you lost power and trying to track down the problem.

Might check for continuity in the power cord. Was yours used in the PDI or was it the dealer's?

My cord was used in the pdi it is a retractable cord. So sir jagiven I cannot twist it off at the rv connection point but thank you for your input,so I went to the breaker panel turned all of the breakers off took the cover off and plugged in the shore power went back inside and took voltage readings on the left side of the breakers and from the top side of the main and up I have 240 volts, and on the bottom side of the main I Have nothing,nothing from there down? I am totally clueless

I failed to mention that I took the main breaker out of the panel and ohmed it out,it ohmed out good.

Can you post a pic of the (now open) panel?
OK, you've got power to the Main breaker in your RV. That means the cord and all its connections are good.
Once the main breaker is back in place an switched on, can you probe the 2 buss runs that power the individual breakers vs. neutral?

Found the problem loose neutral connection behind the breaker panel I want to thank each and every one of you for your help and support couldn't of done it without all the input again thanks
