Thanks everyone for your suggestions and input getting me on track to find an open common! After addressing this I discovered I also had a bad inverter. I replaced the Xantrex XM1000 Pro with the same and now have an Eo5 error code! "Overload shutdown. Fix or disconnect load" or "short circuit Check load connection" So is this telling me I have a bad connection on the inverter? What, exactly, is "load"? I'm beginning to not like my RV!

Turn off the main power switch, then find the circuit breaker box and turn off all the breaker switches. Notes there are 12 volt and 120 volt breakers. Usually these are in one box near your converter. Now turn on the main power switch. If you get the same overload warning, you probably have a wiring problem from the converter to the breakers. If you don’t get an overload warning start turning the breakers on one at a time until you get the overload warning. The last beaker you turned on is the electrical device overloading your converter, so turn that breaker off. Good luck Hope this helps.

Unfortunately this is the path to learning lol. You’ll know your camper more than most when you decide to repair things yourself but you also get the frustration. Try what was mentioned above and see where that leads. By the way, it’s 120v breakers and 12v fuses. So many help threads go sideways because people call the fuses breakers. A load is a power draw on the system (something is using power). Short circuit is something is wired wrong. Something somewhere is miswired or damaged I’m betting.

The high load might be as simple as the A/C being turned on if your inverter is wired that way. Maybe a coffee maker or toaster oven. Your inverter is not big enough to handle any of those big loads. Like others said, turn off all the 120v breakers and see if you still get the error.

Thank you! Yes, I've always tried to fix things myself but also know to stay in my lane on some things! As for learning? Absolutely! Especially where it comes to RV's! I just learned that my inverter is mostly used to provide AC power to fridge while in transit. If connected to shore power there is no need for it and while it was turned on while connected to power its possible that's what caused the overloaded circuit! Since the RV will be in a "permanent" spot, I'll probably disconnect the inverter.
