I looked in the rear storage, and there is no silver lining

Ok, I finally received words from the Jayco warranty rep, and he said for me to take my trailer to any authorized Jayco repair shop and have the insulation installed in both basement and rear storage. He said that the bare wood showed that my trailer was not completed and that it should have full insulation, covered with felt lining--for 2016 models.

So, I will be setting up another appointment with the local Jayco repair shop to have the insulation done. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Hopefully they don't take to long getting the issue resolved especially since camping season is upon us. But glad they are fixing the issue for you

So the rear storage is supposed to have the silver insulation as well?? I am not sure I have seen one with the insulation back there.

Thanks Jason. I'm not sure about the rear storage, but I've seen pictures online that showed insulation in the rear storage. So, I'm going to have the repair shop take care of both areas. I found a YouTube video and this one shows insulation about 2:50 minutes into it:
