No water

We have a jayco pinnacle 2020 not getting any water into the ice maker. I checked and there is no water in the line coming into the fridge. We found one valve on the floor in the cabinet next to the fridge! Is there another valve someplace? We have water in all sinks and the shower and toilets. Our model number is 36fdts.

My water supply to the ice maker has it's own pump and fresh water supply that needs filled up manually. Not sure if yours is the same or you already know this.
