Norcold fridge/freezer temp split

I have a norcold 4 door fridge/freezer in my 2019 that keeps the fridge and freezer only 10-12 degrees apart. If I adjust the front panel number they will both scale up and down together. For instance 38/24, 32/20, 30/18. We have frozen milk in the fridge before so overall it seems to be cooling well.

Is there a way to adjust the split between the two to make the freezer colder or the fridge higher?

I take it no one else is having this problem. Just curious, what are the typical temperature split people see between the freezer and fridge with the Norcold?

Seems like I remember some sort of sliding clip that was inside the fridge that controlled the freezer temp? Can anyone refresh my poor memory?

I can do some research tomorrow, it's past my bedtime!

That clip holds the thermistor. There is no way to control the split. I gave up buying ice cream. Like u to get my freezer colder the fridge will freeze.
If it was not for dry camping I would of never got the never cold!!!!
