Norcold Refrigerator Question

Hey Folks, we have a dual power Norcold fridge in our 2019 Northpoint 377RLBH. We’ve had an issue with high humidity levels to the point where fruit like raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries all grew fine white hairy nasty mold in a matter of 2 days! We made sure that the unit was draining properly in the defrost catch tray and it’s draining into the black catch basin behind the fridge out side. So that’s working fine. The temperature is working fine as well. We’ve even found little puddles of water on top containers that have a lip like a cottage cheese container. Has anyone had this issue before and what did you do to remedy it? Thanks!

Sounds like you may have a small seal leak around the door. If may be small enough that the fridge doesn't have to work that much harder to keep the temperature cold, but still large enough to raise the humidity inside. Look carefully around the bottom edges.
