North Point 377 Newbie: no fridge water/ice nor hot water

We just got our 2024 377 and donít get water or ice. Itís the residential fridge. I checked the low drains, they are closed. Icemaker switch in the freezer is on. Switch on the island is on. Valve behind the lowest drawer to the left of the fridge is on (I think; it only turns a quarter and connects the thick hose coming up through the floor to the thin white water line). I unscrewed this fitting and no water coming from the thick line, regardless of the valve position. I also unscrewed the connector in the thin white line behind the exterior fridge access panel and no water there either.

Re: water heater, the demo guy at rv place says it has both electric and propane heaters. Both propane tanks are open but heater is not on. Re electric water heater no idea how to access or troubleshoot. Please help out a neophyte!

Are you hooked up to a city water connection?

Welcome to the site BTW, dumb questions first - do you have water in the 5 gal water jug? Is the drinking water pump switched on? The refrigerator water and drinking water spigot on the kitchen sink are independent of the city water hookup and do not require it to dispense water.

Yes I filled up the 5 gallon jug and switched on the jug pump on the side of the island. The fresh water out of the special dispenser in the island works fine

There is another valve under the island. Left hand cabinet has a false wall, if you remove it you will see the plumbing lines coming up thru the floor and there will be a valve where the line from the jug splits off and goes to the spigot and back down into the floor to run out to the slide

That was it! I had removed that panel already but missed that valve I guess. We have water and ice! Also, found the electric and propane water heater activation on the JayCommand app. Thanks for all the helpful suggestions!

Another case of a dealer not doing a thorough walk through with a new owner. We should start a poll on that.

Well funny you say that. We got a walkthrough which I diligently recorded but he did not mention the water heaters.
