North Point heater AC issue

We have a 2021 North Point. Heater and AC worked fine for about 3 weeks. Now when heater comes on the roof AC vents blow cold air. Ive checked smart panel several times and it says heater on only. Any suggestions?

Do you have it on electric heat or furnace? Electric heat will only heat if the inside temp is within 5 degrees of the set temp and will just blow cold air until it reaches that temp.

We use the furnace. Heat comes through floor vents. It just started blowing both heat from floor and cold air from roof vents

Is your thermostat set for auto fan? Whereas it may not have been previously.

Fan is set at low. Second AC is off however all roof fans are blowing cold air.

I'm having the same problem. Just brought home our 2021 Jayco HT 27rs. I saw on another post to go to the jayco command bmpro ... go to settings connect to the internet and check for updates. I googled this and it gives directions how do do this. (Jayco bmpro updates) I'm going to try this tomorrow. Hope it works. The dealership told me the reason it comes out cold on the ceiling vents is to circulate the air. I'm not buying it.
