Mine has the voyager and first road trip worked fine. But I have an email from dealer that Jayco said I was getting a Garmin map camera unit so I ordered. Dealer is either going to install Garmin or give me my money back

Thanks for the information. Please let us know the outcome and if you get the Garmin, the details.
Cheers, Gib

I used 120 degree infrared wireless cameras from Taddibrothers. No cables needed for the picture. Small antenna built into the camera. You do have to wire the 12 volt source. I wired 2 side cameras into the outside hitch pin light. I can use those for security when parked because they are powered from the house batteries. I had to fabricate 2 brackets to get the side cameras in the proper orientation. The one on the back is wired to a marker light. Works when plugged into the truck. I get a very good signal. I did have one bad camera but they replaced it. So far everything works great.

Thinking of mounting an aftermarket back-up camera to my new 377RLBH. I'm told that the trailer is pre-wired for this. For those of you who have this feature, where do I find the wire ends? There must be a camera power (and ground?) and a video feed somewhere in the rear of the trailer, but thus far, I haven't found it. Dealer was clueless when asked about this...

I have a 38FLSA, the wire for the camera is behind the top center running light (guessing same place for other models), it's orange and powered all the time, It dosen't have a switch for controlling it.. there is no video pre-wire, just power... i didn't want the camera on all the time so I tapped into the running lights, I just turn them on when I want to use the camera... I went with a wireless 2 camera from amazon which is made by Veise, exact same camera system TadiBrothers sells, for $150 less... I put one camera on top looking down, the other lower down looking back... top camera has good signal strength, lower camera weaker... I did get a magnetic mount antenna with a 6' cable for better signal, but haven't needed to use it yet..

Does the market light just pop out from the rubber grommet? Would you be able show us a picture?

Yes, the light comes out of the rubber grommet, mine are round about the size of a quarter... I used needle nose pliers to pry it out... I made a hook out of a coat hanger to catch and pull the wires out through the hole to work on them... I'll be going to storage this evening, I will snap a few pics...

We did a walkthrough this afternoon on our new 2016 Pinnacle. We added the camera option as well when we ordered it. We received the Voyager- WVOS511 Digital Wireless Observation System. If you would like to read more about it..
The web site is located at: Digital Wireless Observation System featuring WiSight Technology
We did turn it on and plugged into the master bedroom for a test to make sure it was working. We were pleased to see and hear that a microphone is built into the camera and when you adjust the volume on the monitor is was pretty clear to hear a normal speaking voice. I think it will be great when you have a spotter back there helping you get into a spot.
Will share more if others are interested...

I was told that the "factory" camera kit is actually a wireless aftermarket kit. Jayco pulls power for the camera from a wire behind the top center rear clearance light, and the view-screen can either plug into the tow vehicle cigarette lighter, or the lighter plug installed in the master bedroom. No video wires, as it's a wireless set-up.
I opted to do this myself, as I can get the camera and screen that I want vs what they want to supply, and I can typically get still like this cheaper than they would sell it to me for!

The 12 volt plug is located in the master bedroom. It is the bottom left hand corner of the chest of drawers were the tv is installed.
Not the best picture.. But, you should be able to see the edge of the dust cover of the 12 volt outlet.

Although set-up differently, the plug on the North Point 377RLBH is also just under the bedroom television, to the left.

My dealer heard back from Jayco tech support and they here is the email
I'm not sure of how to improve the reception between the camera and the monitor. ASA Electronics is the vender for the backup camera. Their part number is WV0S511 and their contact number is 574-264-3135. Please contact them as they may have the solution to the reception issue.
I called ASA today and they said "oh yea we know of this issue. We will supply an antenna extension that you should mount to the drivers side of the RV and it will greatly improve the reception of the camera". I called my dealer and he said that the dealership will gladly call ASA and get the extension and install it on my behalf. I hope that this will solve my issue with the Voyager and hopefully it will help any of you that are having reception issues like I am having.

My dealer just e mailed and they are ordering the camera system I was told came with the unit. This was an added option after I placed my order along with the G rated tires. Salesman had to check with factory rep and he was told it was the Garmin RV760LMT GPS/back up camera unit. Several 2015 owners have emailed me and this is what was factory installed with the camera transmitter in front part of FW. It was stupid for them to change since the Garmin unit is for an RV and u can input driving restriction (height, sharp turns etc). The owners who have this like the unit and u can put it on camera and it will change to driving when turns or restrictions come up. So far I have been impressed with RVOne in Tampa their customer service has been great. I mentioned in another post they have emailed me back or called within 24 hours

My 2015 F350 has a spot in the dash for an audio video connection. Is it possible to use those so I don't have to have a separate monitor in the truck?
