Northpoint wall board

Anyone having any troubles with the wall board joints. I thought it was just poor adhesive of the joiner strips. But the technician pointed out the other day the wall board is lifting and loosening. This pic is over the main slide. After he left I found a few other areas starting but the majority are flush and tight. Are am I the chosen one? Getting very frustrated but trying to hold it together.

I've got the same problem over the Kitchen slide on mine. Don't know what to say about it though.

I've had that happen on other rigs. Just used a pneumatic nailer at an angle and used a matching putty filler.

I don't know what to say about it either. Been waiting to find out. I wouldn't be surprised if big john is right. With the trim I've had falling off or loose I wouldn't be surprised if their guns were empty while building my unit. I had a tech out here about 6 weeks ago doing the pics and everything (Don't know what happened to him). Then another tech sent out again doing the same thing over again, but last time I checked the paperwork is not making it out of the warranty dept. I did re nailed a piece that fell off the cabinet as that 90 angle corner still on was like a spear.

Even though the NP's are full laminated walls (meaning no nails on those panels, or at least the exterior wall panels), you can still renail them. Glue just didn't hold. One I did was on an aluminum framed hung wall set up, and short finish nails held fine. Outside of injecting glue behind the panel or nailing, not too many options.

That's the reason I don't want to mess with anything right now while under warranty. Even trim pieces. I got a floor completely done once and the nail out of the air nailer did a u turn when finishing the trim. Had to pull the whole thing up and do over again. But out of warranty, that's a whole different story, anything goes. Crabman, now that's my point.

It's why I used 3/4" nails on a 2" wall. Wall panels are only 1/8" thick. Never seen what crabman posted, but it's another reason I do all my own work. Easy to find the studs.

That was reportedly done at a dealer by a RV tech. That person should never have been turned loose with a screwgun.

I totally agree there. Would hate to check my blood pressure if someone did that to my rig. Probably a bad idea to see that tech face to face too.
