I'm a bit nose high.

Should I play around with the pin box (super glide) or move rear springs down to lower hole?

What is the minimum clearance to the TV box side rails that I should maintain?

How much nose high is too high?

I've towed her for 2 seasons now without really feeling any adverse affects from being nose high.... Should I really care?

If you've towed a couple seasons with no problems I'd leave it. I think I have about six inches clearance between pickup bed and trailer, a little more gap would be ok, but my rig is level good enough. If it's not broke don't fix it.

If you can lower the hitch or adjust the pin box mounting and maintain at least 6 inches, that would be the preferred method. The pin box may have some adjustment in it. Raising the suspension is another option but I would not go that far without trying some other easier and less expensive methods first.

Anything less than 6 inches and you are tempting fate for some bed contact.

Mine was a little nose high and about 6" tailgate clearance, no more hitch adjustment, but I had very close clearance on rear tires. I mean about an inch or so. Showed dealer and they had me take it for axle inspection, but those folks said axle was fine but my two year old towmax was separating, thus ballooning. Had new maxxis put on but clearance was still a worry, so had dealer raise the rv to next suspension holes when doing the bearings. They called this "jaking". I now have plently of wheel clearance and the baby rides level.

If you have another hole in the spring hangers, I would move them down and call it close enough.

The equalizer between the axles will keep balance between the axles as long as you aren't too far out of whack.

Floor jack to lift/ take the trailer weight off the spring, remove bolt, raise trailer some more to lower spring to next hole? Is it that simple?

Sounds about right as long as the floor jack Is big enough and you use jackstands as safety precaution

Like I said, I wanted my wheel bearings packed, the wheels were going to be off, trailer on jacks. Cost some shop time to have them do the deed. Maybe I'm lazy, but didn't worry the whole time.

Just my opinion here but my old 5er rode nose high on my new truck. The new Chevy sat about 4" higher than the old Ford. The nose rode a bit low on the Ford but the 4" difference in trucks was an issue. It caused the rear tires to wear and they began separating. I had the pin box raised one more hole and that leveled out the trailer. It rode a bit smoother too. Not as much bounce on the hitch...
I didn't have quite 6" clear of the bed rails but it didn't see, to be a problem for me.
