This happened to me yesterday. I had to retract rears, switch to manual, level front side to side, once level checked at bubble level and on LCI panel I hit autolevel and it did its thing with success!

I think it was Rock who said sometimes the electrons get shaken out of the control board, and it needs to be reset. Lol.
Looks like he's right

I have been speaking with a friend in reference to the 4 pt leveling we have on order for our 321rsts. Starting to wonder if I should cancel this option and avoid headaches. Also I don't like the idea there are no rear jacks just behind the tires. Opinions please

If I knew then what I know now if there was an option for electronic manually controlled levelers I would have gone with that and saved myself the hassle. And I defiantly would want jacks behind the rear wheels

Keep in mind this system is used on tens of thousands of RV's out there. Your seeing a minute sampling of some people who have had issues on the forums. Leveling a large trailer can be a pain and time consuming. I like the fact that I can unhook, and level the trailer in a couple of minutes and after having used it I will never own a rig without some iteration of this type of system.

Crazy question I downloaded the myLCI app on my android and I see all kinds of support docs and info, but for the life me I cannot find the chat option. Am I missing something?
