I see no one has answered. Since we have the Eagle 321RSTS, it should be close enough I can suggest some things. Does your BMPro see that device? Click the gear and look for check batteries, that should show each of the wall remotes. I don't know if there's a need to pair it, but I suggest you visit
TeamBMPro. When you visit that page, notice there's a floating button 'Support' which will get you online chat with them. It's a bot but I'd bet there will be an option to chat with a tech. Alternatively, that page allows you to contact them via email to ask what to do. Please post here your results.
