Number of Jacks on Pinnacle

We ordered a new Pinnacle 36ssws sight unseen.😳 Some of the photos look like there are 4 jacks and some look like five.
Can someone clarify the number of jacks and sizes of jack pads needed?

Six If it is a 2021 with the Equalizer system it will have 12" on the front two and the other four are 10"

I have a different model but I have 6 of the Equalizer on my 2020. So far I've been impressed with them. They are very solid.
