Odor in basement - 3 mobile techs...still not diagnosed

That sounds more like you had "critters" and they used the underbelly as their "black tank"..

Nope, not critters. I did see a wet spot under the trailer after I filled the tank more than normal. I lifted the coroplast under the trailer and water came out. I'm sure I have a leak high in the tank. I just hate to pull the bottom to find it. We live in it full time so I dump the tank more often to keep the level down. I'll eventually have to do the job though.
