One Control Touchscreen not Controlling Awnings and their Lights

Okay, all you wise and experienced RVers. My Lippert One Control touchscreen and the app on my IPhone do not reflect the fact that my 321 RSTS has two awnings. I cannot control the the patio awning nor the LED lights from either the touchscreen in the RV nor from the app, because it doesn't know they are installed. I've tried the reset button on the touchscreen, no help. I do know that that system was functioning correctly after leaving the dealer lot in January. No response from the CW dealership yet. Any ideas out there?

From the factory, my awning was not configured in the system. I had To go into the configuration menu and start activating channels until I hit the right one for the awning. The configuration menu is actually pretty intuitive. It has preset names you can select. The key is to assign that to the correct channel. If you have easy access to the physical unit, you could visually confirm which channel the second awning is wired to.

Tap the “one control” icon in the upper left corner five times.

Go down to multi-function output receiver section. You’ll see different output channels. My guess is that you have a “Polarity Reversing Relay channel
“ with no name. Select one of those those and then activate awning #2. If it works, you are golden. If not, select another channel with no name and try again.

I have a feeling that because I have the 5 port controller not the 8 port is why the second awning and awning light do not work thru the one control. We have the 5" display hard mounted. I have 3 slides all configured and the main awning and main awning light. Also have the electric lci 3.0 autoleveler. I have what the lci programming manual refers to as the 5 function controller. Am I correct or missing something here?
Thanks

That is exactly the issue. I have the same problem with my rig. Not enough channels for all the options.

Would be nice if they had a two channel controller that could be added to include the 2nd awning and awning light. I could have sworn the second awning was on the one control before we brought ours home
Must be my aging brain cells

Look in the systems section of the MANUALS tab. There is a downloadable section on the One Control system.

Hi
Does your trailer have the 5 port controller or 8 port controller?
I have the 5 port controller. 3 slides and 1 awning on it and 1 awning light. I can't get figure out a way to add the second awning. Each slide is on a separate fuse and the awning as well.

My rig has the 5 port system. I have an HT with two slides and one awning and lights. Wish I could send you my extra port.

Sounds like you need and expansion module if you really want to do this.
