OneControl WiFi keeps losing password

Suddenly my OneControl WiFi network keeps forgetting its password on my mobile devices, and I need to re-enter it.

Once entered it works, and then I switch back to internet enabled WiFi and a few hours later if I try to access the OneControl WiFi again, it’s lost its password again.

Since this happens on all my mobile devices, I have to assume it’s a problem with the gateway?

On my one control ever since they updated the app I can hardly get it to work at all. Quite frustrating. The old app worked great.

I'm always afraid to update apps for that reason. Mine finally remembered my password, but from the time you turn it on it takes at least 20 seconds for the Pin screen to show and everything is slower than slow. I hope a fix is in the works!

I agree...the update sucks on the app. Mine also keeps losing the password. The previous version of the app worked okay but I dont know how to backup to the old version or if its possible. The app has never been great for the two years I have used it but the new update is terrible. Mine keeps freezing up also.
