Our first 5th wheel 30.5BHLT

We bought a 27' travel trailer in 2013 as a starter and parked it in Newville pa from 2013-14
We just traded that in last week on a jayco 30.5 bhlt and parking it for the season at Twin Grove resort in pine grove pa.

Really liked the layout and excited for our first trip out next week with our 6 & 8 year old girls.

Curious as to why you purchase Travel trailers only to Park them?

I got a great deal first off. $22,900 for a 2012 bhlt but this year we will park kit but I will eventually move around when my girls are a little bigger. Overall the value and the size fit our needs a lot better and I may borrow a truck and hit a penn state game or two this year.

Congrats on the deal. 6 and eight are great ages to travel with. We fulltime with four, 7,8,11,13 and have a great time. They travel better than many adults. Our last move (I am a temporary healthcare worker) was Ohio to California, so distance is no biggie. Either way, enjoy it!

Have it parked and leveled. Though we have it at a seasonal site for this year we may pull it a couple times maybe to a penn state game or two. First night out tomorrow and building a deck to coral the dogs. Pretty excited and almost as much as the wife and girls!
