Outside kitchen pitting?

Hey all,
So we bought new and received late May a 2017 eagle ht 29.5bhds. We've had many problems from a creek floor to kitchen leaks to ripples in roof blown speakers bent door frame wires running through skylight in shower.
The latest that had us real p,d is what looks like pitting on counter top of outside kitchen.
Oh and Jayco rep said freezing floors are normal in that unit.
I enclosed pics. What do you all think.

Thanks
Tom

Isn't that painted aluminum? Not sure how that could pit.

Looks to me like the finish coming off vs. pitting. Still not something that should be happening on a 2017, but should be an easier fix. Warranty should cover it either way.

I believe that style of finish is called "hammer tone" which might be powder coating.
Can't comment on why it's doing that, but I wouldn't consider it normal.

My guess would be poor quality finish or chemicals used that took off the finish?
