Outside kitchen Television.

We did not order our rig with the outside TV but now that the grandkids are coming with us wife wants it . We have the Eagle 319 MLOK model but I believe the Eagle 317 shares the same outside kitchen. My question is can you still use the cabinets behind the TV? Any pics of your setup would sure be appreciated. I ordered what I thought was the correct mount from Ramco but there needs to be a panel to mount to and it makes the cabinet space unusable.. Not a problem as I can use this mount for the bedroom TV.

I will let folks with the same rig as you answer definitively, but I will say on a prior Class C a number of years ago our outside TV served as the door for the cabinets. Inside the cabinet there was a 12VDC socket and a coax cable connection. The remainder of the cabinet was useable for storage of outside kitchen stuff. All the televisions in that rig were the Jensen Automotive 12 VDC variety.

Make sure you have adequate distance between the kitchen hatch cover and the face of the TV.

Good luck.

The bedroom TV on our 08 SENECA was mounted on a cabinet door.

Now that you mention it the bedroom TV in the Accolade serves as a cabinet door. That is the cabinet where I have the first aid kit and fire safety blankets stored.

We took our kids camping from tent trailer to travel trailer, elementary school thru high school and they never had to watch TV. Not once. Now both college graduates they both still enjoy the outdoors and all that it provides.

I agree and thats my argument against it but......It's not a hill I'm willing to die on. I take the bikes and scooters...balls etc so they can play outdoors. I may just keep it in the storage area as there is a hookup there so I can watch the news on those warm evenings I don't want to be in the rig.
