Outside kitchen water lines exposed. Can’t find any shut off valves.

I have a 2016 Northpoint 351 rsts with outside kitchen. The water lines are exposed and I can’t seem to find a shut off, so that I can turn off and drain that part of the system. Any suggestions or advice? I really would rather not have to use a heat tape and insulation just for a couple days stay.

Welcome to the Forum.

If you can’t find the/a valve and the lines are exposed, why not just cut them at the lowest point, then install T fittings with drain valves ? I would use pex T’s and plastic Pex valves. Then you have easy access to the drains... Here’s a few pictures of what I’m referring too. The picture shows a shark bite T but you get the idea. You can find everything at Home Depot.
