Outside wall separation.

I have a 2019 Pinnacle 36ssws that has the driver side side wall and the under belly ceiling (were the pin box is) separating. I have taken it in to be fixed and was told Jayco had used to short of screws and they replaced them with longer ones. We went on 1 trip and now it is worse than it was. Has anyone else had this problem? Trying to attach a picture but not sure how.

I had the same problem with my 18 eagle ht. It is at there Indian warehouse right now getting a new side support welded it that was missing from the original assembly. And it busted the wall under the slide because it could flex to much so they are replacing the side 8 foot section. In other words the longer screws weren’t my problem

Not good, but there have been a number of posts on the subject over the years. Usually the longer screws fixes the issue. They may not have hit their mark when driving them in.

As for inserting photos, it is a multi step process.

• Click "Go Advance" under the message board
• Click the "paperclip".
• Then "Choose File" on the pop up.
• Find your file and click on it.
• Then click "upload".
• Close the popup window
• Click the "paperclip" again
• Select the file or select all
