Peel and stick tile on fireplace

Happy Thanksgiving to all our Jayco friends!
My better half and I are sitting here with coffee, watching the C19 version of Macy’s TG parade, and talking about our 2021 36SSWS that we have on order. My wife is wanting to install peel-and-stick tile around the fireplace to brighten things up a bit. I am wondering how easily the new audio components pull out to get tile behind them and how the vinyl (?) tile handle the fireplace heat. Any experience/guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks
Bill

We put some peel and stick tile around our garage sink in the spring. It didn’t make it through the summer.

We put the peel and stick on the fire place. We didnt take the speakers out. It has been on for about 6-8 months no issues yet.
