Picked up our 321RSTS today!

We signed our paperwork and had our orientation today! The only thing we found was a slightly bent down rod on one of the pendant lights over the sink. They are putting in a ticket with Jayco for a replacement. The rig must have been built on a Wednesday because I couldn’t find any issues! We also have the new features for the 2020 model year: new control center with control pads all through the rig (replacing One Control), drinking water dispenser with 5 gallon “Culligan” style water jug, theater seats with heat and massage, and upgraded shackles and wet bolts on the CRE3000 suspension kit, to name a few. Big1, we have to wait until Oct. 4-6 for our first camping trip (I have so many Boy Scout events in September!)

We are going a short distance to High Falls State Park (central Georgia). This state park is really beautiful, and close to the dealership in case we have any issues

Have fun on your trip!

Looks great. I like that there’s no carpet in the bedroom. On my 19, that’s still carpeted. Enjoy that trailer.

Congratulations on your new baby. She looks very nice. We have a 357mdok and used her on 7 trips so far.

What is the new system that replaced one control called?

Congrats and enjoy! We love ours! We are currently on our fourth trip since we picked ours up. I’m posting this from Treeland Farm RV Resort in Hayward, WI. Excellent RV park!

We have a changeover model as we ordered a 2019 and got a 2020 but ours has carpet in the bedroom. Curious about the new control panels replacing the OneControl. Can you post some pics of that?

Happy camping!

Congratulations, I would like to hear more about the 5 gallon drinking water jug... could not find anything on the Jayco website.
Any pictures you can share?

The new system is BMPro. It's imported from Jayco Australia, and so far I'm really liking it. It is Bluetooth-based, so no need to switch WiFi connections when you need to use the App. It has some quirks that I'm trying to understand, but overall I think it is a good system. I also had a look at the wiring hub in the basement, and the wiring is neatly organized and labeled so troubleshooting should be much improved!

You know that's one picture I didn't take!

If you look at the picture I posted of the island you can see the dispenser faucet. Directly underneath that faucet, inside the lower cabinet, they made space for a 5 gallon water jug next to the trash can. There is a feeder hose assembly that pops onto the jug and the water pump is mounted to the underside of the countertop. It runs off 120V, so boondockers will need to modify the setup (the pump itself is 12V DC), or add an inverter.

I think its quite clever, and for most weekend warriors it holds more than enough drinking water for a couple. Better than drinking mysterious campground water!

It will be especially nice for us as we will be bringing along our fur babies (who must shed their coats completely every week!!)

The only carpet in the rig now is in the dinette slide, which is fine by us!

We have a 2019 321 RSTS and love it! Question: can you use just the electricity in heating water in your hot water heater? When I press the button for electricity, the LP automatically comes on.

On mine I can chose either.

Does the electric light come as well. If not, the switch may just be wired incorrectly.

That would be my guess. The gas switch could be wired to the electric & vice versa.
