Hello, is anybody having problems with their awning. We have a Pinnacle 2020 with a BMPro board, and we are unable to open them. *They were fine before, but now there's nothing; we hear a click, but it's not moving.*
Low batteries might cause this, but I am assuming you have good power, are plugged in or with fully charged batteries. If so, it's likely a wiring issue.

If you feel confident with electrical, try the following-
Slide the basement access panels to the right and look to your left, the front awning power wires go through the exterior wall and follow the awning arm up to the motor.
The node (controller) is directly behind the sliding panel and is labeled with the attached wire function. Find the awning #1 terninal and that color wire should supply 12v positive to the awning motor. The other wire at the exterior wall would be the ground wire. You could temporarily connect a piece of wire to the negative wire and touch it to the aluminum frame and have a helper try to operate the awnings.
