Pinnacle basement lights

We have noticed that the lights in the basement are always on. We can find no switch down there. Nothing on the doors either. At night, when getting out of bed we can see the glow of the lights in the floor vents as they reflect through the vents.

I know that they are LED and not using a lot of juice (and we are always plugged in) but we are still scratching our heads.

Hand is poised to slap forehead.

Angus, is there not a button switch in the very middle of each lense? Take a look, that's how my North Point was.........not controlled by a switch.

The switch is normally on the light itself.

Hah! Of course I never saw those switches, there was light shining in my eyes!

Paradigm shift.

Bruise on forehead; I’m having another glass of wine.

Thanks guys. Sheesh.

When Joan gets off her conference call in a couple minutes I’ll show her the switches. This is going to be as good as when I showed her the switches and outlets under the microwave and stereo....

Wine is ready....

Basement lights, utility bay lights and closet lights have that soft spot at the middle of the dome. Lesson learned after investigating that cool glow coming from the access port under the utility bay one night. Now I can switch off one of the lights in the front closet so it’s not so bright when the auto on sensor activates.
