Put it on level concrete not hooked to truck. Make sure landing gear are extended exactly the same (measure them). Now measure frame to ground both sides under basement at same location each side.
If good than truck is the issue.

Update

Thought I'd post where everything's at so far.
I placed a call to Jayco and left a message with Customer Service, they said that someone would call me back from that department.
They did call me back, it took longer than I was told, and the rep apologized it's because of the amount calls they get.
They want my dealer to get them the frame number, and check the leaf spring sag, frame outriggers, and if needed pull the belly off and check the frame inside.
My appointment is in a week so we'll see what happens from here.
I did measure the frame to ground when I was hooked up last time and saw a 1" difference on the drivers side frame to the ground at the front and 3/4" difference frame to ground at the drivers side rear.
I'm hoping its the leaf springs because the drivers side is heavier with the appliances and that would be the easiest repair.

No resolution

Well the dealer called Jayco and they said the tech support person I spoke with didn't open a file on my problem but vaguely remembered a conversation we had.
They looked at everything they were told to and the answer was its within limits.
So nothing was found and as of right now I just have to deal with the slight lean while towing.
I plan on calling Jayco and asking if because its "within limits" right now will they stand by it if something happens shortly after my warranty is up?

In the rare chance they say “yes,” better get it in writing. Just sayin’...
