Feel your pain. Delivered in late Aug., 1 trip and 23 items needed fixing, plumbing, structure, electrical, you get it. In shop for next 2 months and finally got it back.
Sounds like you got hold of an employee who cared, mine required a meeting with Jayco, the dealership GM and my attorney. Good luck, please keep us posted as to the results.

For the ones who say learn to turn a screwdriver I can. Master structural mechanic and licensed airframe power plant mech. My unit spend half the first year at two dealers for repairs while I was working. I took it to the factory for major issues. They replaced the entire suspension system to fix what I knew was not right. Local dealers clueless, same bs nothing found. If RV’s and boats were regulated like motor vehicles most would be out of business. And I did the factory show tour. Fire Ants on a mound called an RV. Like I said in my previous post all factory repairs done right but my awning. Factory uses vendors for other repairs. Onan, Lippert and Norcold techs did not fix my problems. I am smoking mad that my unit was scratched and dented the two weeks that dragged to over a month while there. And that is now on me for lnot looking at it but just the repairs in crappy weather. But to have the service center tell me it was like that, ahaaaaa. I love my unit and the design of it but the dealers mostly are a joke. Jayco did a fair job building it but more attention needs to be paid to roofs and wiring and plumbing. Most problems we all complain about are vendor products. Just like boats besides the builder all the stuff is made by three or four vendors. Rvs are mostly two major vendors who are screwing us and making the builders look way worse than they are.

It's a bummer to have to experience all of these repairs, but it's nice to see others have been through it and shared and now I know what we're up against. I will be ready when it comes time to leave ours at the dealership in a few weeks!
Thanks from the "low post count newbie"

Are there legitimate issues... you bet. There are also hundreds of units sold everyday that will never need warranty work.. across all brands.
Regarding your unit "slowly falling apart" ... that is normal, it's what happens when you take a home on the road... maintain it, that's what homeowners do.

Disagree with the "low count newbies". I fall under that title but I have been an RV owner for over 20 years. So what your saying is that just because I'm new to the forum or new to owning a Jayco my opinions are of less value than someone like you. I'm glad to see others comments as it doesn't make me feel alone with the quality that I received. I can and did use a wrench and screwdriver in lots of places, but there is still way to many warranty items for a new vehicle that cost a lot of money.

Warranty
We are in month 28 waiting on parts to complete are final warranty check lists.Problem with RV warranty there seems to be no big dog to force the industry to improve quality!I can only guess the amount of dollars that flow to Washington from the RV Industry to grease the hands of congressmen and senators .To keep things just the way they are.

I totally get it. I think we will keep it as simple as possible with any future TT.

Did you call JAYCO to verify parts were ordered? My money says they weren't.

Most forum members will first find a related forum when they have issues. That's the first thing that you find when you Google "ProductX having problems". Doesn't matter whether it's a truck, RV or refrigerator. That would mean that many "newbies" have complaints. It's not a slam on newbies, just the way it is.
Welcome to the forum, whether you came here for issues or not.
