My slide will only move about 2” at a time.
Press OUT, goes 2” then I found out by fluke press IN 2 times then press OUT and it goes another 2”.
Same for retracting it.
Any ideas????
Give us some info on the model of Pinnacle, year and which slide is causing the problem. If it is a Schwintek slide it sounds like it may be a synch issue.

I'm not familiar with your model. The controller is not normally in the slide but likely in a closet or cabinet nearby. One of our slide controller is in the half bath under the sink. Almost have to stand on your head to see it.
