No matter what model or brand, you should always level first then operate the slides!!

When I bought mine I called Jayco on this question. Their reply level than operate slides, if u have a problem try slides first than level. He went on to say what ever works best for u. Ever see an Rv on dealer lot leveled? But they all have the slides out. So go figure!!!

We've been told both, by Jayco. In general we level and then slides, especially as the kitchen slide is big and heavy and the less stress those slide motors have to deal with the better.

Level first, then put out the slides. It is less stress on the frame and motors for the slides. On occassion, I find I have to reposition the FW before I can level or add more blocks to correct an "out of stroke" error. My stabilizers are under the the kitchen and dinette slides. It would just add to the frustration if I had to put the slides back in to make leveling adjustments. I usually check the level again the next morning and adjust for any settling that may occur.

2018 pinnacle how do you adjust the alignment of the slides? I have 3 the problem is only one slide the one with the fridge. I looked under and inside the trailer and I don’t see an adjustment on this side. The other slide has the adjustment under the floor outside. I don’t want to take it to the dealer!
