plugins under the water tanks?

My 93 rk3050 has plugins under the water tanks. I assume they are tank heaters for winter use?

Those look like they could be tape type strip heaters. They must have been added by a previous owner.

Can you check the resistance across the 2 blades?

Ohm meter shows Open Loop on both plugins. Tried several times, then ohmed across the multimeter probes and it showed .2-3 by crossing the probes, which is right on.

Unless you want to do some more digging, I would leave them alone. I would NOT plug into an outlet until you know where they go.

Fill the water tank and plug it in and see if you get hot water out. LOL. No really trace those wires to make sure what they are. Looks like an add on.
