Polar Barrier

I have a fifth wheel (321rlms) with polar barrier. i live in eastern canada and will be taking the trailer south in december. Question is: with polar barrier do i need to winterize or will it be ok until i get south? we will leave mid december but it will get cold before then.

WINTERIZE!!!!! For what it costs you will not be sorry. I went to Yuma AZ last Jan. and had my unit winterized and did not de-winterized until I got to Yuma. We stayed at campgrounds with showers and toilets and kept a couple of jugs of water in case we had to use the toilet at night, plus I carried drinking water. It's better to be safe than sorry.

You have to winterize.. but I would just blow out all the water from the lines and not worry about the RV antifreeze... except in the P traps

We live near Chicago and are getting ready to winter in Texas. We are in New Orleans now but as soon get home I will winterize as it's Cheap money. Dealer said 3 gallons to do the job, not worth worrying about it.
Hey just my $ .02
