Power Converter

The power converter on my 2019 Jayco Eagle HT appears to be equipped with the Charge Wizard. In the manual, it says that there should be an LED on the Charge Wizard that flashes to indicate what charging mode the converter is currently in. I see the LED, but it is not lit up at all or flashing.
Does anyone have any information on how this should be working, or am i misunderstanding what the manual says?

Normal operation is one flash every 6-8 seconds. If you're not getting any lights check the fuses going to the battery.

Charge Wizard

Fuses are good and converter keeps the battery charged. Just nothing on the Charge Wizard.

Maybe the LED is bad.

Did you try pressing the mode change button to see if the LED does anything?

Good thought but pressing the mode change button does nothing.
