Power converter kicking off

I have just begun trouble shooting my mom's 2005 jayco designer 5th wheel. The breaker for the power converter kicks immediately every time I reset it is my converter bad? Only my 110 outlets and ceiling fans are currently working

Disconnect the output wires and try it again. Do you have 120-volt ceiling fans?

Are you talking about the Converter or the inverter?

The battery should be able to power all 12 volt items without the converter in operation. I would check that first before going after the converter. What is the battery voltage?

See the attached troubleshooting documents for tips.
