Question Question about the 12' Fridge

The bride and I will soon start shopping for the new 5th and am looking for some opinions (did I come to the right place?). We've got our eyes on the 321RLTS and the 8ft fridge has a pantry beside it which you loose if you select the 12ft fridge. If you have the larger fridge option where to you store things like the dry cereal, cans of soup, dry spaghetti and such? We've not had serious fridge space issues with the X23B and the small pantry is pretty useful. A bigger fridge would be nice but the bride thinks not at the expense of the pantry.
So what'cha think?
Hoping everyone had a blessed Christmas!
Spring's just round the corner - if you squint just right.

If the bride wants the pantry, the bride gets the pantry. Just playing the odds. Ha! Enjoy your new camper.

We ordered our unit new and went with the 8CuFt fridge with the pantry and don't regret it. The big fridge are nice but we would rather have the extra room as you said for cereal and what have you and it is right there. Just my 2 cents. Do what the DW wants and you can't go wrong.

Unless you are full timing, the large refrigerator is really a waste of space. We have had the large two door refrigerator, and now we have the eight-foot refrigerator, and we like the smaller one better. We also have a 321 RLTS. We use the pantry a lot and would not want to do without it again. Yes, we fill the smaller refrigerator pretty full when we go out for several days, but I understand that they cool better if they are full. When we had the large refrigerator, it was usually only about half-full. The small one works best for us.

Like others have said, for short trips and weekends the smaller refrigerator does just fine, for us we are fulltimers and like the large refrigerator, but we also have plenty of cabinet space too.

When we did short trips and weekends in our Eagle 5th Wheel we had the smaller refrigerator and never really needed anything bigger.

Wife & I have traveled for months at a time using a 8 ft. frig. Plenty of room for 2 people. A convenient pantry is always nice to have.
Happy trails,

We love our 12 c.f. reefer. We're usually out 3-4 months at a time and the smaller units kept us running back and forth to the grocery store. I miss not having a dedicated pantry, but we are able to relocate the provisions to other cabinets.

Haha.. I had a dumb moment reading this… I thought that you were saying that the new RV's have 12 ft tall fridges, and 8 ft tall fridges… yup.. not my brightest moment lol
