Question on heat with fan

I just purchased a 2018 Eagle 325BHQS, i am trying to get my ac unit "fan" to come on with the heat, but no luck so far. It will come on in the "cool" mode, but not on heat. Could i be doing something wrong? I have the analog thermostat and the lippert one control, and the Coleman Mach analog thermostat. Am i doing something wrong? The way the service guy explained at our walk through, he said the fan would come on the roof mounted unit and help circulate the heat. But if i set it to auto or to "ON", it doesn't come on.

He was incorrect. If you have a single thermostat, the AC (roof mounted) fans will only come in in cooling mode. In heating mode, it turns on the furnace (floor mounted) fans. I'm sure you could re-wire it to add a signal to turn on the AC circulation fan with the heat.

FYI, we use one or 2 electric heaters instead of propane and can use the AC circulation fan to spread that around. Cheaper to burn electricity than propane.
