Raising the tv in my Pinnacle

Hi. I'm trying to get familiar with all the controls in my 2018 Pinnacle 36FBTS, and there's a gazillion of them....I can't for the life of me get the tv to raise out of the cabinet. Is there a master switch somewhere that I'm not finding? Please help! Thanks.

To the right on the shelf, there is a "handle" that you need to pull up on. Pull up hard if you feel any resistance. Let us know if that works.

I had originally tried it, but when there was resistance, I stopped, for fear of breaking it. I just went and tried it again, and waalaa, the tv popped up! Thank you!

We have a 2016 model and there is a button to the left on the wall that raises/lowers our TV.

Just push down on the top of the TV. The televator, at least in the 2018 models, is spring loaded so when you pushing down you’re compressing the spring.
