Rear Closet Doors

We have a 2019 Pinnacle with a rear closet that has sliding doors. The bottom guide for thr doors will not stay in the track. Anyone else have this problem and if so how did you fix it?

Mine has a plastic clip on the bottom that keeps it in the track.

I have the same (plastic tabs) at the bottom of each door, but they will not stay in. The dealer has put them in and made adjustments 3 times. The doors had to be replaced from cracking where these tabs attach to the bottom of the door.
