Rear sway bars

5er owners. Have you added rear sway bars to your 250 or 2500 chassis......

I have air bags already, but considering adding sway on the rear.

Experiance with improvement?

Thanks

I have been curious about adding one to my F350. Noticed some trucks come with them, mine did not. Pulling with the truck I have not felt the need for it with the stiff suspension, but you don't miss what you've never had.

I added one to my 04 chev Silverado 2500. I didn't notice a huge difference UNTILL a semi forced me off the road on I-15. I swerved onto the shoulder and then eased back onto the road.. I feel sure that the Helwig sway bar along with my HA hitch saved my life..

Glad to hear you avoided tragedy. I ordered the hellwig as well. Looks easy enough and its design will clear the mounting brackets from the airbags. I'll post pic when I'm done
