Receiver hitch for 2019 Jayco Pinnacle 36SSWS

I would like to install a receiver hitch on the back of my 2019 Jayco Pinnacle 36SSWS fifth wheel to haul bikes, does Jayco make a factory bolt on receiver hitch or do I need to order an aftermarket hitch and if so what would you recommend?

JAYCO has a bolt on, it's good for 300 lbs. You may want to check with LIPPERT and see if they sell direct, it may be cheaper. Also check several dealers, I think there was a thread where the price really varied.

Search for posts by me, I bought one from an online Jayco parts seller and installed it. I couldn't find any that lined up with the OEM frame brackets, I believe it was a little over $300 delivered, it comes on a pallet truck freight.

I had a eagle a few years back and added a universal motor home hitch. Drilled 4 holes in the frame bolted it up and good to go. Felt much better with that than the factory hitch that I have on my 2015 355. Hidden hitch had them and etrailer.

On our 2019 North Point the (377RLBH) has the 2-inch cargo accessory receiver. It is limited to 300 lbs. Can this be reinforced to handle towing a boat? I am not sure of the exact weight of the boat or the hitch weight(it is a 2015 16.5 foot Crestliner with a 75 horse motor).

Probably, but it would void the frame warranty. JAYCO was adamant about "NO TOWING" when we had our PINNACLE and all I was planning on was a golf cart.

I wouldn't. It can't be reinforced, it needs to be replaced with a hitch. But as mentioned above, it would most definitely void the warranty.

We have a smaller Jayco 5th wheel that is made for towing. 300# is the hitch weight, 3000# is the towing weight.

Yes the EAGLE HT did come with a hitch and not cargo receiver, totally different animal. You also have the wiring harness for the hitch.

I have submitted questions in the past but I can not figure out where to do that again.?? We have the Winegard Traveler and we have been having to stow and power up again to get a good signal after strong winds. I went up on the roof yesterday and we do have some play in the dish itself and on the turret. Do you know if this is normal or is something wearing out inside? And also where do I go to submit questions? Thank you!!
